Цель: активизировать употребление The Past Progressive Tense
Задачи:
Образовательные:
1.Обобщить грамматический материал по теме. 2. Закрепить образование утвердительной, вопросительной,
отрицательной форм The Past Progressive Tense.
Развивающие:
1.Формировать навыки и умения межличностного общения. 2. Развивать фонематический слух. 3. Развивать языковую догадку. 4. Формировать умение анализировать и обобщать.
Воспитательные:
1. Воспитывать интерес к изучению иностранного языка.
Оформление: графопроектор с пластинами, магнитофон с
аудиозаписями, плакат-карта Present Progressive / Past Progressive, карты – опроса, разрезные карточки, картина для
описания.
Ход урока
I. Организационный момент
- Good morning everybody!
And now let,s have our usual
duty report.
Tell me who is on duty today?
What date is it?
What day of the week is it?
Let,s speak about today,s weather.
What is the weather like today?
I suppose it`s a lovely day because we have
our English today.
II. Речевая зарядка
- And now let,s train our tongues.
1. Listen to me
The science of Biography is different from
Geography,
Geography is about maps, but Biography is
about chaps.
2. Repeat after me. (по строчке).
3. And now all togather and quicker.
And now another tongue-twister:
She sells sea-shells on the sea-shore The shells that she sells are sea-shells, I,m sure.

Please look at the blackboard and say –
What is the topic of our lesson?
(на доске анаграмма).

Open your copy-books and write down the
date and the topic of our lesson and copy this table.

I give you a blue star. At the end of the lesson we`ll sum up.
IV. Обобщение грамматического материала
- Look at these two maps: the map of Past
Progressive and Present Progressive.
Let,s compare them and write
down the results on the blackboard. (Доска разделена на две части, куда
вписываются признаки каждого из времен)
- How many auxiliary verbs are there in
Present Progressive? (There are 3).
- Name them.(am/is/are).
- How many auxiliary verbs are there in
Past Progressive. (There are 2).
- Name them. (was/were).
- Is there smith common between Past
Progressive and Present Progressive? (They have ending – ing).
- There are some verbs which can,t
enter these tenses. Look, they are crying.
Name them.
- Name the keys to Present Progressive (now,
at the moment)
- Name the keys to Past Progressive (at
that moment in the past, at six o,clock yesterday, when smb came).
V. Закрепление грамматического
материала
1. There are
some sheets with ex-se 1 on your desks. The same ex-se is on the screen.
- Find and underline the keys to
Past Progressive.
- Read them.
2. Повторение орфографии
Smb. wrote these verbs on the blackboard. I
think he/she made some mistakes.
Who can explain and correct them with the
red chalk.
1. fliing, puting, makeing, carriing,
tipeing
flying, putting, making, carrying, tiping
2. lieing, acting, droping, cutting
lying, acting,
dropping, cutting
3. Образование утвердительных предложений
You have cards with words on your desks. Make
up positive sentences with them. And read them.
4. Образование отрицательных предложений
How to make a negative form? We put «not» after was/were.
Was not = wasn,t were not =
weren,t (надпись на доске)
Let,s make a negative form from
these sentences.
(Выполнение упражнения с комментированием).
5. Образование вопросительных предложений
a) And now let,s make guestions
from these sentences.
1. Yes/No guestion.
2. Wh-guestion (What)
3. or
4. Tag- guestion.
b)And now let,s work in pairs.You
may sit with smb you want. Ask your friend if she/he was doing it yesterday at
5 o,clock. Add your own guestions. Write down the results. At the
end make a report What your friend was doing yesterday.
