«Моя семья» Конспект урока английского языка, 5 класс

Цели урока: Учебная: Тренировать в чтении и устной речи.
Тренировать в употреблении лексики по теме. Научить писать письмо,
описывая себя и членов своей семьи. Развивающая: Развивать способность к функционально - адекватному сочетанию лексических единиц и логическому изложению. Воспитательная: Воспитывать уважение к своей семье. Познавательная: Познакомить с новым способом написания личного письма. Оборудование: компьютер, экран, презентация к уроку.
Ход урока
I. Начало урока. T: Good morning! I am glad to meet you. We`ll continue то speak about our families. II. Фонетическая зарядка.
T: Now let`s train our tongues. Children, let's remember some English
sounds which are very important for us today. (Слайд 2) Read the sounds
and the words. Translate the words. (Ex.1) [s]-sportsman, possible, famous; [v]-very, clever, creative, loving; [p]-polite, stupid, typical; [əu] - know, so, close, go; [n]- naughty, independent, unfriendly; [r] - rude, brave, friendly, responsible; [m] - impolite, impossible, humour; [z] - pleasant, close, unzip III. Речевая зарядка. T: Answer my questions:
1). Is your family big or small? 2). What is your mother`s name? 6). Ноw old is your father? 7). What colour eyes has he got?
3). What does your mother do? 4). What is your father’ profession? 8). Where does he work? 9). What is he like? 5).Have you got any brothers or sisters? 10). Do you get on well in the family? III. Развитие навыков устной речи. T: Fill in the adjectives. (Ex.2) (Слайд 3) T: Let’s check your answers. (Keys: 1 - a (n) only child; 2 - a big family; 3 - straight hair; 4 - blue eyes; 5 – a funny name) T: Now make true sentences about your family and friends. T: In pairs, make sentences with the words/phrases in the list. (Ex.3) (Слайд 5) • mother • children • cousin • colour eyes • slim • I've got • good looking • what ... like? • clever • shy • tall • play with • what ... look like? T: Talk about yourself and your family. (Ex.4) You (full name, age, town, country, look like) Your family members (name, age, job, looks like, is like) Физкультминутка. V. Обучение написанию письма. T: Now look at the screen. What do you see there? (A letter)
Read the letter and say what we are going to write? (A letter)What will
the letter be about? (About the family) Open your exercise books and
write down the topic of the lesson. (Слайд 8) "My family” (Writing a letter to a penfriend introducing yourself and your family) T: Read the letter and match the sentences (A-C) to the paragraphs. (Ex.5) (Слайд 9) A There are five people in my family. В Well, that's all about me and my family. С Hi! I'm Bill Peters and I'm twelve years old. (Keys: 1 C, 2 A, 3 T: Identify the people in the picture. T: Read the letter again and answer the questions. 1). Who is the letter from? Who is the letter to? 2). How does the letter start/end? 3). Which paragraph is about Bill’s family? 4). How does Bill describe each member? 5). Which paragraph is about Bill? 6). What does he say about himself? 7).What is the last paragraph about? T: Read the plan of the letter and write it down. VI. Домашняя работа.
T: At home you`ll write a letter introducing yourself and your family
to your penfriend (100 - 120 words), using the plan and Bill`s letter as
a model. VII. Итоги. Оценки. T: What did we do today? What did we learn?
